At Cascina Tre Botti guests can choose among double rooms, Junior Suites and Suites or our apartment.
Additional guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the Junior Suite Asti and in the apartment, for up to 2 people, at a cost of €50 per night per person.
Additional guests are not allowed in the Suite Calosso or in the accessible room Coazzolo.
In the other double rooms, an additional guest (child up to 10 years old) can be accommodated on a camp bed at a cost of €35 per night.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in are free of charge.
For cancellations between 7 days and 72 hours prior to check-in, a penalty equal to the first night’s stay will be applied.
Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
“Non-refundable” rates, with a 10% discount on the standard price, apply to bookings made through this website or received via email at info@cascinatrebotti.com.
Cascina Tre Botti is a plastic-free property: guests are kindly asked not to bring single-use plastic items into the premises.

Double Rooms
Our double rooms are wide, decorated with shades of colors to reflect the local tradition and contemporary art installation that populate the UNESCO vineyards of Langhe and Monferrato. All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.
We have eliminated single-use plastic containers and only use natural soaps and shower gels provided through dispensers.
The names of our rooms reflect the local territory and are inspired by some of the most charming villages you can visit during your stay, such as Moasca, Nizza Monferrato, Govone, and Costigliole d’Asti.

Suites & Junior Suites
Comfort lovers can choose our Suites or Junior Suites, designed with a blend of tradition and modernity. Antique furnishings have been expertly restored and paired with a color palette and details that merge past and present in a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere.
The “Canelli” Suite features a stand-alone bathtub in the room and a spacious shower in the bathroom.
The “Calosso” Suite, on the other hand, offers a panoramic balcony overlooking the Barbera-covered hills, equipped with a table and chairs — perfect for your romantic aperitifs.

Apartment
Those who love to travel with family or friends can opt for our apartment, located on the ground floor. It features one bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom — ideal for a self-contained family holiday. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs and an electric oven.
Access to the swimming pool, available from May to October, is always included in the rate.

Disabled people room
Guests with limited mobility can count on a dedicated room, located at the ground floor accessible through a ramp and equipped to provide the maximum ease of use and comfort. Simple but refined furniture are the background of a memorable stay memorable stay.
To ensure a pleasant stay, we kindly recommend letting us know your needs in advance. Our staff will set up the mobile ramps to ensure you can comfortably access all areas of our property.
Agriturismo Cascina Tre Botti is located on the hillside facing the centuries-old cypress trees, nestled among the vineyards of one of the most prestigious names in Piedmontese winemaking.
The Reception and the Federico II restaurant are located on the ground floor. Breakfast is continental, featuring a rich selection of sweet and savory items, including carefully chosen artisanal jams, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fresh fruit, and homemade cakes.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of drinks such as espresso, American or Omani coffee, tea, herbal infusions, and rooibos.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while check-out is at 10:30 AM. Late check-out until 12:00 PM (without access to the pool) and late check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight are available for an additional fee of €25. On the day of check-out, the swimming pool can be used until 10:30 AM. On the day of check-out, the swimming pool can be used until 10:30 AM. After this time, guests may stay until 7:00 PM for an additional fee of €20 per person.
Cascina Tre Botti is a dog-friendly property, but we kindly ask for a few small courtesies to help ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
As required by law, our four-legged friends must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property.
They are allowed in the restaurant and in the areas surrounding the pool, but they are not permitted to swim in the pool.
We do not have a designated dog run area, but just outside our gate you’ll find wide open spaces and scenic trails where your dogs can run and play freely.
If you need to leave your dog alone in the room and they are used to staying on their own, we kindly ask that you inform the reception so we can act accordingly.
Our four-legged friends will be welcomed with a special welcome kit.
The dog fee is €15 per dog for the entire stay.
