At Cascina Tre Botti guests can choose among Double Rooms, Junior Suites, Suites or our apartment.
Extra beds are available only in the Junior Suite “Asti” and “Agliano Terme” for an extra fee of 50,00 Euro per night each, except for the baby beds up to 3.y.o. All our fees include breakfast.
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to check-in are free of charge. Between 7 days and 72 hours prior ti check in a penalty is applied equal to the price of the first night. No shows or late cancellations are non refundable.
“Non refundable” fees, 10% lower, are available on this website only or for e-mail reservations at info@cascinatrebotti.com
Cascina Tre Botti is a plastic free facility. Guests are invited to refrain from introducing disposables into our property.

Double Rooms
Our double rooms and our bathrooms are spacious. The interiors are designed exploiting different shades of colors to reflect the local tradition and the contemporary art installations that are disseminated through the UNESCO vineyards of Langhe and Monferrato.
We got rid of disposable plastics.Our soaps and detergents are natural, free of chemicals and provided in metal or ceramic dispensers.
Rooms are named after the villages you may visit during your stay such as Moasca, Nizza Monferrato, Govone and Costigliole d’Asti.

Suites & Junior Suites
Comfort lovers can opt for our Suites or Junior Suites, furbished with a blend of tradition and innovation by mixing antiques pieces, wisely restored,relaxing shades of colors and details that merge past and present in a luxury but comfortable ambience at the same time.
Our “Canelli” Suite is equipped with a stand-alone baththub in the main room and a shower in the bathroom while our “Calosso” Suite provides a balcony with an amazing view over the vineyards underneath, equipped with table and chairs for your romantic vis a vis aperitifs.
Surface spans from a minmum of 30 up to 45 square meters while all bathrooms are equipped with “walk-in” showers.

Apartment
If you travel with your family or your friends you may opt for our apartment, located at the ground floor. It is equipped with 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, and bathroom. An ideal choice for independent travellers.
The kitche is equipped with induction plates and electric oven
Common services such as swimming pool and winter garden are always included.

LIMITED MOBILITY room
Guests with limited mobility can count on a dedicated room, located at the ground floor accessible through a ramp and equipped with furnitures thought-out to provide the maximum ease of use and comfort. In summertime, breakfast is served at a table outside the room door to allow our guest with a luxury treat.
Simple but refined equipments are the background of a memorable stay.
The Agritourism Cascina Tre Botti overlooks the bicentennial cypresses decorating the one of the most important vineyards of Piedmont. The reception and the restaurant are located at the ground floor. Breakfast is continental with a wide supply of sweet and savory foods, an accurate selection of jams, cheese, salami, eggs, fresh fruits, and home-made cakes. Espresso or americano coffee are always available together with tea, Roiboos and infusions.
Check in is available from 03.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Check out is at 10.30 am Late check out until 12.00 am, not inclusive of the pool usage, and late check ins from 10.00 pm to midnight are available against a contribution of 25,00 euro
On check out day our guests can enjoy the pool until 10.30 am. Past such time, after leaving the room, guest can stay at the pool until 7.00 pm against a fee of 20,00 € per person
Pets are allowed in a limited number of rooms up to a maximum of two pets per room, aganist a fee of 15 euro per day. Pets are to be communicated at time of reservation. Leashed circulation manadatory in all common areas. Depending on the number of pets simultaneously present, the managements reserves the rights to forbid access to the restaurant.
