At Cascina Tre Botti guests can choose among double rooms, Junior Suites and Suites or our apartment.
Additional guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the Junior Suite Asti and in the apartment, for up to 2 people, at a cost of \u20ac50 per night per person.
Additional guests are not allowed in the Suite Calosso or in the accessible room Coazzolo.
In the other double rooms, an additional guest (child up to 10 years old) can be accommodated on a camp bed at a cost of \u20ac35 per night.
<\/span>Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in are free of charge.
For cancellations between 7 days and 72 hours prior to check-in, a penalty equal to the first night’s stay will be applied.
Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Our double rooms are wide, decorated with shades of colors to reflect the local tradition and contemporary art installation that populate the UNESCO vineyards of Langhe and Monferrato. All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.

Agriturismo Cascina Tre Botti is located on the hillside facing the centuries-old cypress trees, nestled among the vineyards of one of the most prestigious names in Piedmontese winemaking.<\/p>\n

The Reception and the Federico II restaurant are located on the ground floor. Breakfast is continental, featuring a rich selection of sweet and savory items, including carefully chosen artisanal jams, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fresh fruit, and homemade cakes.
Guests can also enjoy a variety of drinks such as espresso, American or Omani coffee, tea, herbal infusions, and rooibos.<\/p>\n

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while check-out is at 10:30 AM. Late check-out until 12:00 PM (without access to the pool) and late check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight are available for an additional fee of \u20ac25. <\/span>On the day of check-out, the swimming pool can be used until 10:30 AM. On the day of check-out, the swimming pool can be used until 10:30 AM. After this time, guests may stay until 7:00 PM for an additional fee of \u20ac20 per person.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cascina Tre Botti is a dog-friendly property, but we kindly ask for a few small courtesies to help ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.<\/p>\n

As required by law, our four-legged friends must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property.<\/p>\n

They are allowed in the restaurant and in the areas surrounding the pool, but they are not permitted to swim in the pool.<\/p>\n

We do not have a designated dog run area, but just outside our gate you\u2019ll find wide open spaces and scenic trails where your dogs can run and play freely.<\/p>\n

If you need to leave your dog alone in the room and they are used to staying on their own, we kindly ask that you inform the reception so we can act accordingly.<\/p>\n
